Context Menu > HELiOS 3-D Part

When you right-click a part in the drawing or the part name in the ICN, a context menu will be displayed. Go to the HELiOS menu item to open the HELiOS 3-D Part sub-menu. It contains the following functions:

HELiOS 3-D Part
Document master
	Edit document master	Displays the created document master data of the active part in a mask.
	Assign project	Master data of the active part will be copied to the selected project.
	Workflow functions	Provides Workflow functions for the active document.
Part master
	Edit part master	Use this function to display the created part master data of the active part in a mask.
	Assign project	Copies the part master data of the active part to the selected project (create a new part master via Part search and assign it to a project).
	Workflow functions	Provides Workflow functions for the active part.
	Create + assign new part master	This function enables you to assign an existing part master to the drawing via the Part search function.
	Select+assign	Use this function to assign an existing part master to a drawing via part search.
	Assign, of drawing	Use this function to transfer to the active part the part master which has been assigned to the drawing.
	Delete assignment	This function enables you to delete the part master assignment to the active part. Only the assignment will be deleted, the part will remain.
Product structure
	Transfer structure, one level	These two functions convert the HiCAD part structure of an individual part (one level) or of an entire drawing (all sub-part levels) to database attributes of the HELiOS product structure.
	... all sub-part levels
	... to ERP	Use this function to transfer the HiCAD part structure from the drawing to an ERP system. The data will be detected by the Report Manager and transferred to HELiOS. If required, further data will be detected or computed in HELiOS and transferred to the ERP system. The function can only be executed if the ERP system has been enabled and if the so-called KST-DLL files are used. Further detailed information can be found in a separate documentation for the ERP interface.
Geometry->HELiOS
	Only active part	Use the Only active part option to save all geometric values (dimensions, weight, etc. ) of the active part as attributes in the HELiOS database. The Active part + sub-parts option does the same for the entire drawing including all sub-parts.
	Active part + sub-parts
Others
	Linked drawing	Use this function to load the drawing of a part. In order to execute this function, you need to have saved the part as a referenced single-part drawing with part master and document master.
	Update sub-part index	Updates the active part with new index and saves the HiCAD part structure and the as well as the HELiOS product structure with new index.

In addition,, the context menu of a part in the drawing or of a part name in the ICN contains the Reference part, Save, Detail drawing function, enabling you to save the graphic file with advanced options for document master and part master referencing.
