Link Document Master of Part to Project (HICADPDM)

HELiOS PDM > ...> Project

RMB > HELiOS > Document master, Assign project

To link the active part to a project, select either HELiOS PDM > HELiOS PDM functions for the active drawing (or ... active part) > Project, or open the context menu by right-clicking the part in the drawing (or the name of the part in the ICN) and select HELiOS > Document master, Assign project. The project search (PROJECT FIND) mask will be displayed. Enter the required search criteria and select Start search. Mark a project in the result list and select Apply.

By this means, all master data of the active part will be copied to the selected project. If the part has already a project assignment, this assignment will remain valid. You can also activate the project at this point.
