Ridge Roof (Metal Engineering)

The base type Ridge roof in the Metal Construction Plugin provides the following options:

Use the Active surface list box to choose the active surface of the ridge roof for processing.

In the Base parameters area you specify the general dimensional parameters such as Roof height, length and width of the facade and the angles of the roof inclines. Use the Height difference list box to change the length/angle relations between the roof elements.

If the facade you want to construct is not vertical, deactivate the appropriate Vertical facade right/left checkbox and select appropriate dimensions from the listbox.

In the lower half of the Plugin Navigators you can set the Mullion (vertical members) and Transom (horizontal members) parameters, such as quantity, offset etc. Please always pay attention to which surface is currently selected as Active surface.

If you require a more individual positioning of the mullions, deactivate the Uniform mullion distribution for all surfaces checkbox.
