Add Mullions/Transoms to HiCAD Catalogue (Metal Engineering)

To utilise factory standard parts directly in HiCAD you can create and integrate them in the catalogue.

The tables Mullions and Transoms, each containing 1 record, have already been created in the Catalogue Editor (the CATEDIT.EXE program in the EXE directory of the HiCAD installation); you can access these tables via Factory standards > Series > Metal Engineering.

You can integrate your own parts by right-clicking the header of the column BZ and selecting New column. In the BZ column you specify a designation for the part (please also specify name of the company and the series in the appropriate columns). and assign, in the Name column, the path and the file name of the appropriate HCM model.The H column indicates the beam height, the Glass column contains the glass thickness. In the ANG column you can define an inflexion angle.
