Workshop Drawings

Management + BIM > Workshop

The Workshop function group contains functions for itemisation and for the creation and processing of production and detail drawings.

The following menus are available:

	AutoCreate/Update Use the functions of this menu to automatically generate, expand and update workshop and detail drawings. Mounting and customer drawings can also be updated with this function.
	Checkup Enables you to assign the Workflow status Checkup to workshop and detail drawings. The permission to change or delete parts or drawings will be withdrawn until the test status is reset.
	Release Use this function to release workshop and detail drawings. After the release, the permissions to change or delete the corresponding parts will be withdrawn. In this way it is ensured that the parts cannot be changed any further in the model drawing.
	Change Use this function to change models of already released workshop and mounting drawings subsequently. The drawings will be automatically updated after applying the changes. The changes will be indicated by revision clouds (if this has been set accordingly in the Configuration Editor).
