HiCAD 2008: New in 2-D

	Angular Dimensioning	For the two identification options (via lines or via points), separate functions are now available to the user.
	Arc Dimensioning	The various dimensioning options (Chain dimensions, ...) can now be found directly under the identification options (via arc, via arc + points, ...) in one pop-up.
	Auxiliary Dimension Annotations	A user-friendly Editor for the creation of auxiliary dimension annotations is now available to the user.
	Edit Texts	The function Edit text has been added to the Process texts context menu. This function enables you to change an identified text. You can call the pop-up via the Dimensioning+Text toolbar by right-clicking on the Process text icon.
	Divide, evenly	The function Divide, evenly has been added to the Divide pop-up. You can use this function to divide a polyline into parts of equal length. You can call the pop-up via the Geometry functions toolbar by right-clicking on the Modify GE function.
	Sketch Technology	The colour of the displayed coordinates can be defined in the file sys\SKIZZTEC.DAT.
	Surface Symbol	Surface symbols can now be inserted with a leader line.
	Text code BOM	The conversion of legacy text code-BOMs to part attributes is now done via the control file TXTCOD2ATTR.DAT.
	Text layer	It is now possible to place texts in layer 0.
	Clone text	Previously identified texts can be copied ("cloned") by specifying a reference point.
