Lengthen C-Edges

3-D FFS > From c-edges > Framew > Lengthen c-edges to points

This function lengthens or shortens composite edges belonging to a frame.

The part to which the frame belongs must be active when the function is called.

  1. Choose the part on which you want the end points of the composite edges to lie.
  2. Identify the composite edges of the frame that you want to be processed. Instead of identifying the composite edges, you can also activate the Select, New part menu (RMB on c-edge) and then select the composite edges using the corresponding composite edge blocks or by specifying the composite edge number.

All composite edges of the original frame were lengthened.

Divide the composite edge on which you want the new end points to lie according to the number of cross-sections. Otherwise, undesired effects may result in certain cases.
