HELiOS in HiCAD

As a state-of-the-art PDM system, HELiOS provides all essential tools for an error-free gathering, management and distribution of the data required for the process cycle. Once stored in the Engineering Department, the data can be used company-wide and for the entire process chain.

This also applies to the CAD data of HiCAD. The HELiOS PDM Ribbon tab provides functions enabling you to create document masters or article masters for a drawing, to assign objects to projects, etc.

 

Some of the database-relevant functions can also be called via the context menu of the ICN.

 

If your CAD system HiCAD is linked to the PDM system HELiOS, you can use various database functions while designing in your CAD environment.
