Release article master / Part locked

This symbol is displayed if the assigned article master is released and thus cannot be processed.

To prevent a processing of a part due to a locked article master, open the Configuration Editor, select System settings > Referencing and activate the checkbox for the parameter Lock parts against processing if HELiOS article master is locked. The checkbox is deactivated by default.

Checkup

This symbol is displayed when an article master is not released, yet locked for processing because the user does not have authorization to change the article master. This is for example the case when using Management+BIM and the Workflow status is set to Checkup. It could also be that the current user does not have authorization to make changes while other users do.

No database / no read permission

This symbol is displayed if a matching database does not exist or if the logged-on user has no read permission. When you disconnect from HELiOS this symbol disappears.

No database connection exists.

The drawing has not yet been saved to HELiOS, and a product structure does not yet exist.

or

The drawing contains objects that have not yet been saved to HELiOS, and the product structures in HiCAD and HELiOS are not identical.

The product structure of the current drawing is identical in HiCAD and HELiOS.

The drawing has been saved but the data in database is not up to date.
