This menu contains functions for Bills of Materials (BOM) generation and for the creation and management of production data of parts in workshop drawings.

Use this function to create Bills of Materials. A Bill of Materials (short: BOM) lists all parts of which a product is made up – including quantities, designations, item numbers, and other information. In so doing, a BOM provides essential information to all parties involved in a production process. Click on Excel BOMs of certain model drawings can also be created automatically and managed together with the production drawings in HELiOS. To do this, the settings at PDM > Drawing Management > External production documents must be set accordingly in the Configuration Editor. |

Use this function to manage external file formats of parts and production drawings and the export for a passing to third parties. |
