HELiOS Options: Settings for Sending E-mails

HELiOS Options > E-mail

The settings for sending emails in the HELiOS Options apply, for example, to automatic notifications in the workflow context (e.g. via action lists) or for installations of the HELiOS Internet Server.

E-mail server

Here you enter the connection settings of the email server with which your HELiOS system is to work using SMTP Server, SMTP Password, SMTP Port and a Sender address (the email address that is used as the sender for automatically sent emails; this can be a "noreply" address).

The use of the SSL protocol can be optionally set via a checkbox.

 

E-mail templates

Enter the directory for email templates here, which are used, for example, for the automated sending of notifications for workflow steps.
