Report Manager
The HiCAD Report Manager is an efficient tool for the editing of Bills Of Materials (Structure Lists and Quantity Lists), based on
- the HiCAD part/assembly structure or
- the HELiOS product structure.
The Report Manager can not only be integrated in HiCAD or the HELiOS Desktop, but can also be used externally.
The BOM creation is triggered by the relevant HiCAD and/or HELiOS functions, whereupon the Report Manager is started automatically.
The Report Manager contains a wide range of functions for BOM processing, e.g.
- setting of filters,
- definition of various sort criteria or
- export of lists to various formats, such as Excel or HTML
and much more.
Please note that the scope of available functions
depends on the configuration level of your currently used Report
Manager. This means that some of the functions described in the Online
Help may not be available in your system, but may be optional.
