Trim Sheet, with Lengthening (3-D SM)

Sheet Metal > Change length > Trim (indiv.), with lengthening + clearance

Sheet Metal > Change length > TrimLengthen > Trim (indiv.), with lengthening, flush

You use these two functions to cut sheets on a surface and automatically lengthen the sheet on the section path. Depending on the function selected, the clearance defined in the Technology data is considered.

1. Identify the sheet on the surface to be cut.
2. Identify an edge of the surface from inside.

The sheet is shortened/lengthened up to the cut surface. You can now cut another sheet or use the middle mouse button to end the function.

(3) Trimmed sheet with lengthening

(4) Trimmed sheet without lengthening
