Management + BIM > Drawing > Release
Use the functions of the Release menu to release workshop or detail drawings, or assign the Workflow status "Checkup" to them. After release or the assigning of the "Checkup" status, the permission to change or delete parts or drawings will be withdrawn, i.e. the parts in a model drawing can no longer be changed.
The following functions are available:

Use this function to release all or several drawings of the current model drawing. All still unreleased drawings that belong to the model drawing will be offered for selection. |

Active assembly (-ies) with sub-parts Use this function to release the drawings of the active part/assembly including all its sub-parts. In this case the release will be granted immediately, i.e. no selection list will be displayed beforehand. |
