Clicking on 
Options in the HELIOS Ribbon of your Outlook interface opens the following dialogue window:
By activating the option Automatic HELiOS login when starting the Office application, you can prevent the HELiOS login dialogue from preceding each start of an Office application.
You will then be automatically logged in as the last user when the program starts.
