HELiOS - MS Office Interface
The HELiOS - MS Office interface enables you to save documents to the HELiOS database directly from your MS Office environment, search for them in the HELiOS database , or load them from the HELiOS database from Office applications such as Word and Excel.
The HELiOS - MS Office Add-In contains the following features:
- User Management
- Project and Document Management
- Workflows
- ToDo lists
- Using HELiOS attributes in documents
- Archiving of E-mails in HELiOS (Outlook)

Please note:
- The installation of the interface takes place via the HELiOS 2013 installation DVD. Interfaces with Office can also be added to the system subsequently if desired (in this case, select the Change installation option in the installation menu). Further information can be found in the Installation Notes guide supplied with your installation DVD.
- Helios support Office 2010, 2013, 2016 (32Bit and 64Bit).
