Step 9: Use foreign coordinate system

Up to now, we have always used the processing coordinate system connect_coor for the placing. However, there is a second coordinate system called connect_coor_other.

Both coordinate systems have an origin on the respective connection parameter edge that corresponds to the intersection point of the connection, projected onto the processing plane of the connection. The difference here is that the connect_coor coordinate system corresponds to that of the active part, while the connect_coor_other coordinate system correspond to that of the other part, i.e. it will be rotated together with the other part.

Accordingly, it will suffice to replace connect_coor with connect_coor_other in the formulae of the processing planes for the bores in the asbestos cement panels in order to achieve the desired effect. Please remember however that the X-axis is aligned along the beam, so that the displacement of 15 and -15, respectively, must be entered no longer for the X-axis, but for the Y-axis.

Change all bores in the asbestos cement plate as follows:

Update the element installation and the connection as described in the previous paragraphs.
