System-/Hardware Requirements
Your computer, server and network should must meet the system and hardware requirements for HiCAD and HELiOS set forth by the ISD.

Network To avoid loss of performance, we recommend using HELiOS on a network with a bandwidth of at least 1GB. Generally, the bandwidth affects the provision of the user data (e.g. CAD documents) which need to be transferred from the central filing system or the HELiOS Vault Server to the Respective clients. Also, the latency of the connection between the HELiOS Clients and the HELiOS database server should be well below 5 ms to prevent a significant increase of the response time of the HELiOS Clients. |
