Take surface 
You use this function to assign surfaces of one part to another part. Proceed as follows:
First identify the target part.
Then, by identifying two edges in each case, specify the surfaces that you want to be assigned to the target part. Use END to end the identification (right mouse button).
The selected surfaces are deleted from the parts to which they previously belonged and assigned to the target part.

Important:
- The target part must not be a solid! If this is the case, the following message will be displayed:
- Assemblies and main assemblies are not allowed as target parts either.
