The selected surface will not be closed. This option is only available for closed boundary curves. |

Union |
The created transition part will directly be unioned in a Boolean manner with one or both parts. This option is not possible if the identified boundary curves are composite edges! |

Close |
The selected surface will be closed. If base surface and top surface are closed, you will get a solid, which can then be processed further (cuts, bores etc.). This option is only available for closed boundary curves. |
