If you want the item numbers assigned in the isometries or pipe spool drawings to be unique with respect to the 3-D layout plan (in order to avoid inconsistencies), select Create item numbers for entire drawing

To remove this presetting, select Remove item numbers for entiredrawing
.
The functions can also be applied to pipe spool drawings.
