Copy Connection / Design Variant (3-D SE)

Steel Engineering > Variants > Copy connection/Design Variant

Use this function to copy already existing connections in a drawing to other fitting situations.

1. After calling the function, identify an edge of the connection to be copied.
2. Identify the beam(s) to which you want to apply the connection.
3. You can copy the selected connection several times if desired. Simply identify the desired beams.

Copy of a DAST-IH connection (202), (1) Edge of the connection, (2) and (3) beams to which the copy is applied.

Please note:

• The connection to be copied needs to be based on a Design Variant.
• You can copy the selected connection several times if desired, without having to re-identify the original variant for each copy.
