Part Attributes for Identical Part Search (3-D SE)

Steel Engineering > Further functions > Settings > Identical part search

Here you specify the part attributes that you want to be taken into account in the identical part search

HiCAD performs the search for identical parts if, for example, item numbers are automatically assigned using the Itemising function.

Once you have called the function, the Identical part search attributes to be considered dialogue window is displayed.

1. In the Attribute column, activate the checkboxes of the attributes that you want to be taken into account in the identical part search.
2. Click OK to exit the window.

Please note:

The settings are only considered for identical part search and itemisation if the Part attributes checkbox has been activated in the parameter settings for Itemisation.
