The Copy feature function enables you to copy a feature to the clipboard and then paste the copy at another position in the feature log using the Insert feature function.
The Insertion Position marks the position at which the feature is inserted.
The feature will be inserted after the insertion position. This prevents an automatic recalculation of the log after insertion of the new feature. This allows you to apply changes (e.g. of the processing plane or the position) before the recalculation takes place.
Multiple selections for the copying of features are also possible, e.g. to execute an action consisting of several processing steps several times.
To copy processings and paste them at a different position you can, for example, move the insertion position accordingly.
