A HiCAD drawing file is referred to as Drawing and has the file name extension
.SZA(the German abbreviation for "Szenenarchiv" = "Drawing archive"). The drawing archive contains all data of a model drawing.
A HiCAD drawing consists of 2-D and 3-D parts. These can be Assemblies, individual Parts, Bores etc. In addition to the
parts, the drawing contains basic information about:

            - the coordinate system,
the scale and the unit of measurement,

            - the 2-D graphical elements (short: GE)
 and points,

            - the 3-D solids,
 surfaces, edges and points,

            - the 3-D views,

            - the 3-D processing
 planes,

            - the hatchings,

            - the materials used,

            - the 2-D and 3-D texts,

            - the 2-D and 3-D dimensionings,

            - the auxiliary constructions
such as grids, auxiliary lines etc.,

            - the non-graphical elements
 (attributes, article data) and

            - loaded pixel graphics.

 Please note:

            - When you start HiCAD,
the settings of the HiCAD Start
Centre are taken into account. In other words, HiCAD automatically
creates a new drawing or activates the dialogue for loading drawings.

            - 3-D drawings are divided
into part drawings and assembly drawings.
