Edit Symbols (PE)

Plant Engineering > Part Tools > Exchange > Symbol Editor

To edit existing symbols, proceed as follows:

• In the symbol overview, right-click on the symbol you want to edit and select the -> Take over symbol to drawing option from the context menu.
• Specify the position of the symbol in the drawing.
• Carry out the required modifications.
• When you have completed the processing, activate the Symbol Editor context menu by right-clicking the symbol name in the symbol overview.
• Select the <- Create symbol from drawing function
