HiCAD 3-D

HiCAD is a universal, fully associative 2-D/3-D CAD system that allows you to use both 2-D and 3-D objects in a drawing, without an "either/or" situation. This unique universality is the ideal combination of 2-D maintenance of existing data and innovative 3-D design. HiCAD leaves it up to you whether you begin a construction directly in 3-D or derive a 3-D model subsequently from your 2-D drawings.

HiCAD provides the user with state-of-the-art modelling functions through to freeform surface technology for a flexible shaping of 3-D models. As you can freely choose the working technique, you are not impeded by any constraints. You can switch between free and parametric design at any time, use any points, edges or surfaces for modelling and even stretch entire assemblies. Even the most complex assemblies consisting of several tens of thousands of parts can be created and processed rapidly and easily.
