On the Postprocessings tab you can manage the Postscript postprocessings (see also ISD FilePrinter and PostProcessing) of print jobs or file conversions.
Some standard postprocessings, e.g. PDF are readily available in HELiOS.
Click 
to add further postprocessings. Their names are freely selectable and can also be changed subsequently via a double-click.
Click 
to open the corresponding system file in the Text Editor.
Content of system file for PDF post-conversion (Example)

# create pdf-file
"<GScript>" -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -dPDFA -sDEVICE="pdfwrite" -sOutputFile="<FilePath><FileName>.pdf" "<CurrentFile>"
# and
# delete PostScript file
DeleteFile "<CurrentFile>"
deletes an entry and the associated file.
Please note:
With the help of a Postscript file it is generally possible to execute the calling of further scripts that allow, for example, a mapping of parameters to target directories. Please also read the notes on the ISD FilePrinter und PostProcessing.
