Export and import of setting values

Setting values deviating from inherited values, i.e. purely user-defined values, can be written to a XML file with the Export values function. The export function refers to the currently set user profile, the active configuration and the currently selected node in the configuration tree. The exported values can then be imported, for instance, to another configuration database.
