Railings from Sketch (3-D SE)

Use this function to fit railings along a 3-D composite edge or a sketch.

As for the Railing on HiCAD industrial staircase function, the Railings dialogue window with the

• Handrail + Posts,
• Infill and
• Mounting position

tabs will be displayed.

1. Define the desired parameters.
2. Choose OK to exit the window.
3. Identify the composite edge or the sketch.

Flat railing along a sketch

• This function does not permit cyclical polylines.
• Since no boltings are created here, the Bolting selection box on the Mounting position tab is inactive, and the text Without bolting is displayed.
