Settings -  Export-Microsoft Excel: Create Templates

The creation of Excel tables and the relevant user guide are not HiCAD components. In the following, we will only use a simple example for the creation of Excel tables. For further information about the creation of Excel tables, please contact Microsoft or your Excel supplier.

This section describes the creation of a template containing only the fields

for export. For the present example, MS Excel 2002 was used.

Step 1: Create Template

Step 2: Take over column heading "Part Name"

Step 3: Define data cells and further columns

Step 4: Add document data to sheet

Step 5: Format and save template
