Create Excel Template - Step 3

Now define the data cells.

1. Place the mouse pointer on the cell below the Part Name field and click on the cell.
2. Enter =* .

3. Recall the Structure list sheet.
4. Again, place the mouse pointer on the cell below the Part name field and click on the cell.

5. Press the ENTER-key and confirm the query with YES.

6. Copy the cell with the value 0 (Place mouse pointer on cell, click on cell and press CTRL + C).
7. Specify the number of rows for output by selecting the required cells below the cell with value 0. Now press CTRL + V to insert the previously copied value in the cells. 

The definition of the Part Name columnis now completed.

Execute Steps 2 and 3 to define the columns Level and Quantity.
