Sketch > Transform > Rotate...
Use this function to rotate individual elements of the active sketch. The rotation angle is determined via specification of the rotation point and two fitting points. Proceed as follows:
The element will be rotated about the specified rotation point in such a way that the fitting point selected for the element will be located on the Rotation point – Fitting pointconnection in the drawing.
Clicking opens a menu with further rotation functions.

Move + Rotate sketch Moves and rotates the active sketch in one step. |
Rotate 3-D sketch ** |
Rotates the active 3-D sketch about an edge. |
Rotates the active 3-D sketch about a rotation axis defined via 2 points. |
Rotates the active 3-D sketch about the X-axis of the active coordinate system. |
Rotates the active 3-D sketch about the Y-axis of the active coordinate systems. |
Rotates the active 3-D sketch about the Z-axis of the active coordinate system. |
* only for planar sketches, ** only for 3-D sketches
The Clone functions work in the same way as the same-named Transform functions. When using the Clone functions, you need to additionally specify the number of copies ("clones"), including the original.
