Toolbar Functions

Symbol	Description
	Search Search function for specific catalogues and contents
	New catalogue Creates a new catalogue. see Menu Bar, Extras
	New table Creates a new table. see Menu Bar, Extras
	New record Creates a new record in the current table.
	Save Saves the current table after modifications/extensions.
	Sort The record table is re-sorted, according to the sort values selected and their sequence.
	Transfer to HELiOS The table, resp. catalogue selected from the tree structure on the left hand side is transferred to the HELiOS Part Master Management, i.e. a link to HELiOS is created. This applies to all records of the tables, resp. all all tables of the catalogue.
	Remove assignment to HELiOS Removes the link to HELiOS for the table, resp. catalogue selected from the tree structure shown on the left hand side. This applies to all records of the tables, resp. all tables of the catalogue.
	Undo/Redo Every change of the current record table is recorded for the Undo, respectively Redo function. The number of Undo steps is limited to 25. The Undo function cancels the last command; the Redo function restores the undone command.
	Copy The currently selected item is copied to the clipboard.
	Paste Inserts the contents of the clipboard.
	Print Not yet available
	Help Opens the Help file of the Catalogue Editor (Key = F1)

Use the View/Toolbar function to show/hide the toolbar.
