Start Mode when Identifying Front Surfaces
By default, the front edge is queried for identification in the functions for length change (Corner/Mitre, Trim, Change length) of sheets. If the selection of the front edge is not suitable for the desired purpose, you can switch to the longitudinal edge with a right-click. In the Configuration Editor, at Sheet Metal > Default setting, use the Start mode when identifying front surfaces parameter to switch from Front edge (default) edge to Longitudinal edge.
