Pipeline Insulation: Settings/Configuration
When you call one of the functions for insertion or definition of an insulation, the Insulation ... dialogue window is displayed, enabling you to specify the settings for insulations.

Representation |
In this section you can select the colour, layer and the isometry symbol. |

If you want to take over the colour from the respective pipe parts, activate the Same as part checkbox |

Enabkes you to specify the layer for the insulation. If you want to use layer 40 (transparent representation), activate the Transparent checkbox If you want to take over the layer from the respective pipe parts, activate the Same as part checkbox |
Isometry symbol ... |
Enables you to select the required type symbol for isometric views. |
Part data |
Click the Info button to receive information on the selected part. Click the Select new button to choose another part. |
Exceptions |
Select this check box if you want to exclude certain part categories from insulation. |
If you click OK, the displayed settings for the subsequently selected object (pipeline, guideline or part) are applied and - if possible - the insulation parts are installed.
The function is then still active so that you can install further insulation parts directly. You end the function by pressing the middle mouse button.
If you have selected a symbol type via Isometry symbol ..., the appropriate symbol is automatically inserted in isometric pipeline views. This applies for specifications for pipelines or guidelines, but not for the assignment of insulations to individual parts!
