Part Dimensioning

Steel Engineering > Further functions > Settings > Part dimensioning

Steel parts can be automatically dimensioned using this function.

Identify the steel part that you want to dimension. HiCAD automatically enters all relevant dimensionings.

Please note:

• Select 3-D Dimensioning + Text > Tools > Dimension > Set parameters for new general dimensions to specify the parameter settings for part dimensioning.
• To modify dimensionings, use the functions of the 3-D Dimensioning+Text tab or the context menu for dimensionings.
