You can assign the Concentricity constraint between

Concentricity constraints between two points or two lines are equivalent to a Coincidence constraint, which, however, can be calculated much more efficiently and should preferably be used in this case.

Identify as Geometries the two geometry elements, one after the other.

With the Lock rotation checkbox you have the possibility to additionally lock the rotation of the parts. This can be useful, for example, to achieve full definition in model drawings with screws. However, this function is only possible if the two selected geometries are suitably aligned. If this is not the case, for example because you have selected a point as one of the two geometries, an error message will be displayed.

The other control elements are described in the topic Dimensional and Positional Constraints.

Except for combination with a point or a sphere, you can also change the Orientation here.
