Save and Manage Parts as Variants

Drawing > Save/Reference > Part...

Use these functions to save 3-D parts as variants.

The following functions are available:

	Create feature variant Saves the part as a feature variant in the VAA format.
	Save to variant, Via Explorer Saves the active part to an existing variant. The selection of the variant takes place via the Explorer.
	Save to variant, Via DB document master data Saves the active part to an existing variant. The selection of the variant takes place via the document master data of the HELiOS database.
	Save to variant, Via DB article master data Saves the active part to an existing variant. The selection of the variant takes place via the article master data of the HELiOS database.
