Execution of Standard Processings - Workshop or Site

Standard processings that are inserted using the functions under

can be assigned a processing ID via the Feature log, which defined where the standard processing is to be performed - on the site or in the workshop. The Type parameter is available for this purpose. Double-click on this entry to change the processing ID.

In practice, it is often desired that standard processing operations are annotated differently in the production drawings depending on the processing ID. If this is desired, the following requirements must be met:

If these requirements are fulfilled, then during the drawing derivation, standard processing operations are annotated differently depending on the processing ID. Furthermore, this also affects the Standard designation function.

Example:

We consider the illustrated drawing. The bore in the plate is marked with Site, the bores in the beam are marked with Workshop.

During the drawing derivation, the standard processing operations should be annotated with the diameter and the processing ID.

First, the corresponding annotation templates must be created. To do this, use the Templates, Part annotation function (Drawing > Itemisation/Detailing > Derive... > Templates).

We use the file for annotating standard processings as a basis and click Edit. The annotation editor opens.

There we change the default setting %Bohrung to %Bohrung / Werkstatt and save the template in the HiCAD SYS directory under the name werkstatt.ftd. We proceed analogously for the identifier Baustelle, i.e. we change the annotation to %Bohrung / Werkstatt and save it in the file baustelle.ftd.

Now we change the settings in the Configuration Editor.

If the production drawing is now created using the Drawing derivation function, the bores will be annotated differently.
