Modify Surface Characters
2-D Dimensioning + Text > Surface/Tolerances > Characters 
If you want to process existing surface symbols and characters, activate the pull-down menu, either by
- activating the corresponding surface symbol or
- clicking the arrow under the Characters .

Edit |
This function changes the representation of existing surface characters, displaying the Surface specification window. |

Move |
This function allows you to move the identified surface character freely on the drawing surface. |
|

Align |
You change the orientation by identifying the surface character and a reference line.

Delete |
Once the surface symbol has been identified, it is immediately deleted. |
|
|
Settings |
This function changes the default setting for font, colour, height and spacing of new surface symbols. |
