Move Dialogue Text
P+ID Symbol > Dialogue text > Move dialogue text 
This function enables you to move existing dialogue text place holders on a symbol. When you move the place holder, HiCAD automatically switches the grid off for the duration of the movement and then switches it back on.
Proceed as follows:
- Select the text you want to move with the cross-hairs.
HiCAD then draws a box symbolising the text and hangs it on the cross-hairs so that the text reference point is set on their intersection point.
- Press the right mouse button to reposition the reference point.
A dialogue box is displayed indicating the position of the current position of the reference point.
- First click the new reference point position and then OK.
The relative position of the box representing the text to the cross-hairs now reflects the new position. If you want to return to the previous position, click Cancel.
- Use the cross-hairs to position the text and set the text on the given position with a double-click.
