When using ALUCOBOND SZ 20 tray panels, a flange can now be attached at the bottom connection to which an S- or Z-profile or a Z-fold can be automatically riveted. The length and angle of the flange can be configured.
This use case cannot be realized directly via the Element Installation dialogue window!
To create such a connection, proceed as follows instead:
- Install the SZ20 tray panels via Element Installation. There, however, select the setting Without flanges for the connection at the Base point.
- In the Sheet Metal sub-folder of the Civil Engineering functions docking window, select the design variant.SZ20 Base point with projection.
- First select the outer connection edge of the original sheet and then enter the length and angle of the flange.

Then select the Type of insertion:
- S-profile,
- Z-profile,
- Z-fold or
- Without profile.
If you choose the Z-fold you can enter the length, angle and height of the Z-fold.
If the installation cannot be realized for geometric reasons, for example if an unsuitable connecting edge is selected, this is indicated in the dialogue window by the 
symbol on the OK button. If you generate with the cursor on the symbol, you will get further information.
