Create Border Lip
These functions give sheets a rounded edge:

The rounding is applied to the entire length of the edge.
- Specify the inner diameter and the length of the lip.
The bend radius can be taken from a semi-finished products table in the HiCAD Catalogue Editor. To do this, activate the corresponding checkbox 
.
- Specify the inner diameter and the length of the lip.
- Click OK to close the dialogue window.
- Then, identify the connecting edge.

The width of the fillet is determined by means of two points here. Additionally, you can insert a relief groove.
- Specify the dimensions for the relief groove, the inner diameter and the length of the lip.
The bend radius can be taken from a semi-finished products table in the HiCAD Catalogue Editor. To do this, activate the corresponding checkbox .
- Specify the dimensions for the relief groove, the inner diameter and the length of the lip.
- Click OK to close the dialogue window.
- Identify the connecting edge, followed by the two points for the width of the flange.
The following example does not have a relief groove, as the value of the entered dimensions is 0.

You can use the right mouse button to change the Technology
parameters before identifying the connecting edge. Of the technology
parameters, the fitting mode is taken into account.
