P+ID Sheet Management (P+ID)

P+ID > P+ID Sheet

You can create or load sheets of an active project. Use the P+ID Sheet function group on the P+ID tab for sheet management.

Function	Description
	New sheet	A new sheet is created via the master data mask of the sheet.
	Load sheet	A sheet of the active project is loaded for processing.
	Last sheet processed	Use this function to load the last processed P+ID sheet. If a sheet has already been loaded and processed, HiCAD asks you whether you want to save the changes.
	DMO	Management of configurable general data masks in data mask objects (DMO).
Pull-down menu LastEdit
	Via discontinuation symbol	If you use the crosshairs to identify a discontinuation symbol to which another discontinuation symbol is assigned, the corresponding sheet will be loaded and the assigned discontinuation symbol will be highlighted.
	Previous sheet	Use the Previous sheet function to immediately load the sheet preceding the active sheet. If the active sheet has been processed you will be asked whether you want to save the changes.
	Next sheet	Use the Next sheet function to immediately load the sheet following the active sheet. If the active sheet has been processed you will be asked whether you want to save the changes.
	Save sheet	The sheet on the screen is saved in the project directory within the Work directory.
Pull-down menu Save
	Delete sheet	If possible, the active sheet is deleted from the project.
	Exchange drawing frame	Use this function to exchange the drawing frame of the current sheet. The current drawing frame is replaced with a drawing frame according to the settings defined for title block library and master sheet.
Pull-down menu Process
	Switch sheet via symbol selection for part insertion	If the crosshairs for symbol selection is active, you can right-click to access the sheet selection list, enabling you to switch to another sheet.
