Stepped Glass Panes (3-D ME)

Metal Engineering, 3-D > Lengthen

So-called stepped glass panes can simply be crated by a lengthening of the panes.
To do this, use the Lengthen, 2 points function in the Metal Engineering, 3-D function group. After selection of the function, specify 2 points for the start point and end point of the lengthening.

Alternatively, you can open the pull-down menu of the function to align the 2 points parallel to an axis of the 3-D coordinate system:

X-direction ,
Y-direction ,
Z-direction,

specify a value for the length via selection of the function Value and subsequent identification of an edge, or, again, make an alignment parallel to one of the coordinate system axes:

X-direction ,
Y-direction ,
Z-direction .
