Use the functions of the Article... menu to load drawings that exist in the database.

The following functions are available:
The current Drawing Management status of a drawing is indicated by appropriate symbols in the ICN.
Management + BIM > Drawing > Article... 
Use this function to load a drawing that has been saved to the database via selection of your article master or document master. When you call this function, the Combined dialogue window will be displayed.
Enter the required search criteria and select the desired drawing in the result list. Click OK to open the file.
Management + BIM > Drawing > Article ... > Without HELiOS, Explorer 
When you select this function, the drawing will not be loaded from the HELiOS database, but via the Explorer.
These drawings can also be managed via HELiOS subsequently. To do this, activate the project to which the drawing is assigned, and save the drawing with article master.
