Freeform Surfaces from Boundary Curves (3-D FFS)

3-D FFS > From boundary curves

Frequently required in design processes is the closing of gaps with appropriate surfaces while taking connection constraints into account.

For this you can use the following functions:

Patch

Closes gaps with patches while observing all connection constraints.

Surface from planar curves

Derives freeform surfaces from planar curves. This may be a closed c-edge or the boundary curve of a solid or planar part.

Identify the required curve.

Surface closes planar holes

Closes surfaces taking inner cycles into account.
