Referencing parts is the most efficient method of reusing parts.
You can reference 3-D main parts and sub-parts directly in HiCAD when they are created. The dialogue windows of the part creation functions contain the Referenced checkbox for this purpose. If you want to reference a part directly when it is created, activate the checkbox.
Once the part has been created, HiCAD asks you to save it. The Reference, Save dialogue window is displayed.
