Functions for the Active Document: Assignments

	Classification	Opens the dialogue for the Classification of articles.
	Assignments	Use this function to create or remove assignments of articles and documents to folders or projects. The following options are available: Assign to active folder: Assigns the document to the active folder. Assign to active project: Assigns the document to the active project. Remove assignment to active folder: Removes the assignment of the document to the active project. Remove assignment to active project: Removes the assignment of the document to the active project. Only the link between the document and the project will be deleted. Remove assignments to all projects: Removes the assignments of the active document to all projects.
	Where-used lists	Show documents where-used list: Shows you in which projects the document is used. Show links where-used list: To show the links where-used list of a document, mark the corresponding link types in the Links area on the right (e.g.Document-Document for HELiOS documents, Teilegeometrie-Konstruktion (=Part geometry-Drawing) for HiCAD drawings) and click Find. By default, all links are activated. A list of all link targets will then be displayed.
	Links	The following Document context menu functions enable you to directly display the links in the Document detail mask: Show links: When you select this function, the Show linked objects window will be displayed. Here, all objects (articles and documents) that are linked to the current document will be shown. Show link sources: When you select this function, the Show linked sources window will be displayed. Here, all objects that are linked to the current document will be shown. Remove link in context: Use this option to delete a link to another object. Since links can only be removed in the respective viewing context (but not any arbitrary links to other objects) this function is only available in a particular context. In a general result list, this function will be greyed out. Beneath these functions in the context menu, as well as at Assignments > Links > ... on the Document detail window Ribbon, you can find further functions for the linking of documents and articles.

Please note:

The deleting of an object from a links or where-used list (e.g. via marking and DEL) will not remove the link! Only the marked object will be deleted. .
